1. Information we collect

PornsList is a static directory of links. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not request your name, email, or payment details to browse. We do not sell or rent personal data — we don’t collect it in the first place.

2. Age confirmation

When you confirm you are 18 or older, that choice is stored only in your own browser using local storage so we don’t ask you again. This value never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

3. Cookies and tracking

The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits, it does so in aggregate and does not identify you personally. You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings.

4. Hosting and server logs

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like virtually all web hosts, Cloudflare may automatically process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the Site securely and to mitigate abuse. This is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.

5. Third-party websites

Every listing links to an external site we do not operate. Once you click through, you are subject to that site’s own privacy practices. We have no control over and take no responsibility for how third-party sites collect or use your data. We also load small website icons (favicons) from a third-party icon service to make listings recognizable.

6. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold any information about you, contact us and we will respond.

7. Children

The Site is for adults only and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
